So, if you remember a few post back, April 1st I started my diet. This diet is to get me to my goal weight and size by the time I leave for college in August of 2010. If you need to be refreshed, I started with the goal of losing 110 pounds. Crazy right? So one month in, I've lost 14 pounds. 96 more pounds to go! I really havent been doing a "real" diet just eating healthier. No fryed food, no soda, no candy, only whole grain wheat bread, and only drink water (no juice). Just a dash of motivation, I lost those 14 pounds by eating on kind of healthy and exercise twice a week for 30 minutes. You can do it too!!
